For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, email sunnyfarms.za@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and describe the issue.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, but we do provide replacements for defective or damaged products.
